The staff are very welcoming and can not do enough for you.
Good clean hotel at a reasonable price

All the staff I met were brilliant. Check in was easy and quick with lots of advice on what to see and how to get around. Location is a more residential area just off the Promenade, close to the Horse drawn Trams. Hotel has a restaurant for evening meals and is close to other restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked to order with a great selection. You won't go hungry! There is also a coffee machine in the reception area available all day to guests.

The location the staff were lovely.
Value for money.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away we had to keep the door closed so the smell wouldn't be so bad in the bedroom.
And you couldn't open a window in the bathroom.
