Was okay get what pay for i guess

Its cheap and cheerful the greatest way to put it you get what you paid for the host on the phone was very nice.

Im assuming its under refurbishment Could do with a deep clean The sofa beds aren't exactly sofa bed its a sofa but the back comes off We had read the reviews before hand and fo take the bad ones with a pinch of salt if you want a better place just spend more money.

Worse place I ever went and did'nt stay at.

Liked nothing

The dirt, the lack of towels the absence of toilet paper, the unsecure door. The damaged toilet seat with raised sharp edges. The unflushed toilet. The rubbish around property. The dirty kitchen towel left on tabe The doors lying in hallway. We stayed about 5 mins before going to a holuday inn. I am not even sure whether shhets had been changed.Luckily they had a room. Also don't enjoy the fact that Booking.com have not responded to the messages I sent yesterday in regard to this horrible air bnb. Regards A Jackson

The property was very dirty and had not been cleaned for a while. There was empty drug packets around the outside of the house. The apartment door and the front door didn’t lock so was open to the public, punch holes in the walls. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there never mind my children. We had travelled 3 hours from Durham to be greeted to this state and Spoke to the host about some sort of agreement and he was extremely rude told me to go home and he refused full refund so we were then stranded in Manchester.

Location was good

Firstly when we arrived, there was no key in our lockbox. There was no communication from the owner to tell us that someone else had taken our room & we had been moved to another room which we had not booked. The room they placed us in was in horrendous condition, the smell of damp was very strong, the walls were marked and scuffed & looked liked they had never been cleaned, the door looked like it had been kicked in by previous guests, plug sockets hanging out of the walls, a loose nail over the door just hanging waiting to fall on someone, the water pressure was pathetic and would only become better if you wanted to burn whilst you showered. upon arrival we had no toilet roll, no towels and not even a bag in the bin. the whole place looked incomplete and I can't believe they can even have the decency to let people stay in that room let alone charge £85 for it. The online listing is completely different to what you get, I was absolutely shocked at the state of it and even more shocked that we have had no response from the company in asking for a refund. Do yourself a favour & do not book this place.

Good and functional

Flexibility with check-in, allowed us to leave the luggage until next afternoon. Bigger than expected place. Easy arrival from airport even at night by bus

Nightmare

Unfortunately when arriving here you could realize that this was going to be not what you seen on the photos, it's an awful place to take children in my honest opinion it seems as though it's something more but for adults wanting one night quick night away if you know what I mean very frightening experience with me and my 3children so much so that I had to leave and find somewhere else

Could have been a little cleaner, outside etc. but honestly plenty clean for a couple nights. Microwave would seal the deal
