It was a great experience which exceeded my expectations for a very fair price.

I liked how everything was easy to access and how fast the host responded to me. The host was also very friendly and explained well any questions I had.

The bath was dirty.

Great base for a city break

Great spacious house to base our family for a long weekend city break, we walked everywhere. The house was tall and clean, three toilets which is great for a family with 2 teenage girls! Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. parking was straight forward. TV was fine, and was appreciative of the washing machine and tumble drier as we were two weeks into our trip and need to quickly wash stuff!

Four of the 6 kitchen table seats were broken - did message hosts who said they would send a 'handyman' the next day to repair them but they never turned up. The agency did apologise. There was no window covering downstairs so when cooking & eating at the dining table in the evening, this was clearly visible to everyone in the street which some teenage boys found quite funny and shouted and waved at us! No recycling or composting bins within the house, but could see the wheelie bins in the garden - would be good to have a crate inside to add glass tins etc.

Only 10-15 minute walk from central Manchester. Very spacious ideal for larger families . Had everything we needed and more.

Extremely comfortable, spacious for a social group, very nice location, close to everything we needed, heating was on and was very warm and cozy during the cold nights, beautiful views of the sun and the deansgate towers. Amazing provided facilities, well lit and has good natural lighting aswell. the owner (i assume) who i was in contact with was very personable and friendly and this made a huge difference, felt very laid back and very happy to help with any issues that we had. I really recommend this place, but not too much as i want to be able to book it again in the future🤗🤗🥰

Brilliant, cosy and just perfect

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and big bonus for dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Very close to our interest appointments . Very close to the park and playground so kids love it. Buss 6 minutes away, shops 8 minutes away and nice restaurants 10 minutes away. Definitely we will come back to this property!

Overall, a good experience and good value for money in an expensive city.

The central location and spaciousness of the property were super. The place smelled fresh, was nicely decorated and had very nice linens. We packed light, so we’re very happy for the washer.

The downstairs toilet didn’t work (owner was informed and responsive), but other than that the facilities were good. Although the bathrooms and kitchen showed signs of wear and age. The surfaces were clean, but the grout and corners could use a good scrub.

We stayed here while working in the area, everything you would need, very comfortable and parking onsite, really nice owner of the property who was easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Great location, sheets and towels were decent quality, some nice touches like toothbrushes and shower gel. Neat, modern decor, 3 toilets and 2 showers, lovely big dining table, big smart TV. Ozzy was a great host! Good communication.

Single beds and sofas weren't very comfortable. Some maintenance issues needing resolved. Wheely bin was overflowing, not enough loo roll. Needing a good spring clean, dirty floors in corners and behind sinks, inside drawers and cupboards needing cleared out and cleaned.

House itself was brilliant, clean and fresh. Beds really comfortable. Fantastic area

Loved the house and area. Had to wash cups as they were dirty. Couldn't let children in garden as gate was broken off and left leaning against garden wall, kept getting told it was going to be fixed by evening but never was, also there were 5 full black rubbish bags, in middle of garden, again kept getting told it would be taken away, finally was evening before we left.
