Downtown Cozy House in Manchester

Property was in a good location, parking was provided and was very clean and spacious.

Check in was simple as the host sent us the code prior to arrival. The self-check in option was extremely useful and helpful for us as check in was 3pm but we were able to arrive at any time after that (but before 6). The property was very well equipped with all kinds of facilities available. The house was large and very beautiful! It was clear the host took great care to prepare the property prior to our stay. The 3 bedrooms were well decorated and large, the whole house looked modern and the backyard was beautiful. Went in the summer in 32*C heat and the house was nice and cool. The living room was gorgeous! The lights also were adjustable so you can have whatever lighting you’d like. There were plenty of cutlery, cups, bowls and plates. The bedrooms also each had a mirror in them which was useful. Their were extra duvets in the wardrobe for if you felt cold too. And the doors were easy to lock and unlock. The property was close to a tesco supermarket which was helpful. The backyard was fantastic! There was a light outside which could be turned on and off with ease. The 2 bedrooms upstairs each had their own TV and remote which was great for watching movies. The kitchen contained many cleaning amenities too for people who may be staying for longer which was helpful. Honestly, in my opinion the house is 100% worth the price and I recommend it for groups of 3+ people.

The original check in link prior to the stay was abit hard to access, but it didn’t even matter in the end. The blinds to get to the backyard were kind of broken which made it risky to open and close them but it was fine. The area was quite dodgy and saw some young people with masks walking around the area but not towards the actual house.

The bedrooms were clean as well as the bathrooms.

The cleaniness of the house

I liked that it wasn’t too far from Manchester piccadilly and there are 2 bathrooms upstairs.

The downstairs toilet door, appears to be a converted cupboard. It was difficult to contact the owner at several points during the stay and there was missing champagne and wine upon arrival which was expected as part of our stay.
