Great location in Trafford, Manchester.
- Clear and easy instructions for accessing the property.
- Good facilities and everything we needed for our stay.
- Plenty of space for a group to get ready and spend time together on the living area
The beds were quite small and located in mezzanine areas, making it difficult for two adults to comfortably share one bed.
- My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa, which wasn’t completely clean.
- The living area showed noticeable signs of wear and tear.
- There was some dirt around the bin area.
- The coffee machine had old, mouldy coffee left inside.
- Overall, the property felt a little shabby for our needs.

Lovely stay for the price!!
Very clean and calm environment.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, great location right near to Tesco which was perfect.
