Easy access, good location, clean, private parking. Please get some cutlery in the kitchen!

Location excellent for purposes of my visit. Apartment verry clean. Good private parking.

There was no cutlery in the kitchen??? I prefer to use AirBnB as it enables me to cook my or bring my own food. The kitchen was clean, there were utensils but no cutlery to eat with which was inconvenient.

It was perfect apart from one dirty duvet

Clean duvet and pillows were available second day

Extra duvet was dirty, and had no covering case, staff was not able to sort it out first night unfourtunatly

Great facilities, Terrible customer service

This property comfortably fit 5 of us over our weekend stay, with three big bedrooms hosting two double beds and one king size bed we were more then comfortable. We really liked the big open space that held the living room, kitchen area and pool table. This property also had all the correct amenities within the kitchen and the bathrooms which we couldn’t fault. The decor is modern and all fit a nice clean aesthetic, plenty of windows to let light and fresh air in. The location was pretty spot on for what we needed, with it being a 25 minute drive from the city centre and roughly a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Our only fault was the customer service aspect. When we arrived, the keys to our apartment were not in the stated lock box and we had to enter the apartment, knock on the door and find out ourselves that the previous guests had not checked out yet even though checkout is stated to be between 10 and 11 and we had arrived at 2:30pm. The contact number to the property does not work and only goes to voicemail as we tried ringing multiple times. The contact email also does not reply and there are no staff members present on the property at any times apart from the cleaner which there is no contact number for. To find this out was very distressing and scary for a group of 5 young girls who thought they would have no place to stay. In the end i had to contact booking.com and they also received no answer from the property. So please bare this in mind when booking this property

A pleasant stay whilst visiting family. Would use this accommodation again if needed.

Facilities within the apartment, very comfortable

2nd bedroom door couldn’t be closed, bed in the way! Suggestion - hang the door so that it opens into the lounge/dining room area not into bedroom. Mess - litter in the car park , really devalued the internals of the property!

Lack of communication - 3 days to reply to email or phone Lack of info - no check out time, how to operate difficult shower & stove Very hot & sleeping on sofa bed no window could be left open - Patio door felt unsafe to leave open - owner provided fan on day 3 or 4 No tea towel provided in kitchen - when requested told it was not part of the flat provisions - they gave kitchen roll Weed/ cannabis smell in communal stair way Area felt a bit unsafe - police called to altercation at shop over the road - front door to building had notice to be kept closed but people left open all the time Somewhere to hang wet coats would be great & chairs on the balcony

I liked how close to a tram stop it was and the modernness to it.

I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t everything that you needed. There was not a tea towel to dry pots so had to use the bathroom towel when drying pots. There was also no antibacterial spray so if I spilt anything or wanted to clean anything I couldn’t. The boiler for the building was located in our apartment (flat 1) to which started leaking into the living area. I rang an when I explained the situation I was told to mop it up or use a towel to soak it up however there wasn’t any spare towels given so I couldn’t do this and I hadn’t paid nearly £400 to be mopping up someone’s flood so uses the bath mat. I was also told that it was not a flood and was just condensation which it clearly wasn’t. Also despite it being clean I feel that this was down to the age of the property. If it wasn’t such a new property I think it wouldn’t be as clean as fhere was marks on the walls and patchy paint that just looks like the owners don’t rlly care about how it looks. Also the Drawers all around the apartment could do with a hoover as well as inside the wardrobe. It was absolutely boiling in the apartment and being on the ground floor I didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows opens all night so made use of the small fans (x2). Although the apartment did serve its purpose, it just seems like the owners don’t think about the customers just that they are making money from them.

Amazing stay

It is spacious, has everything needed to live: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, enough of toilet paper, hairdryer, washing/drying machine, dryer for clothes, dishwasher. Shop just across the road. Great communication with an owner, we had an issue with sofa beds and it was sorted within an hour after reaching out.

Great Apartment

A very comfortable and well thought out apartment. Very convenient for Wythenshawe Hospital, airport and plenty of shops around. Communication was excellent with the owners and we would definitely recommend and would use them again. Checking in with the lock box was easy.

Sale Road Serviced Apartments, modern, clean and good value compared to other properties.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sale Road apartment, it was modern, clean and very comfortable with a large really comfy bed, a spacious kitchen with a washing machine and a modern bathroom. There is also secure parking around the back, shops close by and the owner is very prompt at answering any queries you may have.

Our apartment (1 bedroom apartment) was on the second floor and there is no lift, so you have to be able to negotiate the stairs with luggage etc. The bath is very deep for stepping into for a shower, needs a bath mat to prevent slipping. Would have appreciated some instruction booklets for appliances.

Loved the brilliant location but the second bedroom is not suitable for long stay!

Excellent located for transport links - bus stop right on the doorstep and tram station a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is very close to two small convenience stores and a couple of take-away outlets. It is just a short walk to Wythenshawe Park which has lovely walks and is well worth a visit. Lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living space.

The second bedroom is shown as a double bedroom. However, although it contains a double bed, there is no room for anything else! The bedroom door does not even open fully as it contacts with the bed. The bed is pushed against the wall on one side and on the other is just a small bedside table which has two drawers and NO table lamp. This is the only place to store clothing and belongings in this room. There is not even sufficient floor space to open a suitcase!

Enjoyed our stay

Perfect accomodation for our 4-day stay near Manchester/Wilmslow. Direct connection to the motorway, small shops and take-aways nearby. The flat is fairly new and well equipped (we had some minor problems with the induction stove, but that's probably our own fault), TV (only streaming services, no aerial TV), kitchen is equipped with everything that's required for a stay, even washing machine, dish washer etc., perfect communication with the host (personal on arrival and also quick responses via WhatsApp)

Dead mouse in the apartment

It was a nice open plan space

A dead mouse squashed under the wifi and when we complained, we have been told the cleaners will be asked to do a better job! It wasn't a bit of dirt or dust it was a mouse! We booked two doubles beds but ended up with one twin and one double meaning my husband and I had to sleep separately. Not ideal when a child free weekend has been booked.

Only bad points was unable to operate tv. Unable to access WiFi? Despite numerous attempts. And we are all technically adequatel. No instructions to operate tv we're unable to access any channels. Maybe WiFi down? I dont know?

Calm convenient well equipped flat. A real home from home

Lovely modern well equipped kitchen. 2 Comfy beds and 2 clean and well stocked bathrooms. We stayed as our son was running in the marathon so he appreciated the bath after Weather good when we were there so it was nice to have the balcony. Good location. 5-10 walk to tram stop so easy to get into city Easy to access from the motorway Shops and takeaways very near if you’re not up to cooking in the lovely kitchen.
