Nice comfortable property with two decent sized bedrooms.

We were due to book in at 2pm onwards and we were heading into Manchester City centre early and didn’t want to take the car and the host was very kind to allow us to park up early at property. The house was very clean very spacious and had everything you need. All had a great nights sleep due to beds being so comfortable. The bus stop is just round the corner to get in the centre number 111. Great stay and will book again

Lovely little house with comfy beds, crisp clean linens and very clean throughout. Kitchen is well stocked and has a great coffee machine. It’s also walking distance to park/golf course, The Woodstock pub and Albert bistro.
The garden backed onto the very busy Oxford Road so in warmer weather with windows open it can be quite noisy.

Pavel hosted us brilliantly and we'd only booked on the day so that was fantastic. The location was easy to find, a short walk to good places for food and to watch a match. The property was clean, ideal for a quick stay for work and much better than staying in a hotel of this budget. I'd definitely stay again.
We were super happy. What would maybe have made me a smidge happier was to have a larger towel and an easier to use coffee machine but this doesn't take away from this being an ideal stay for work on the fly (or otherwise).
