Disappointed and horrible service

Fast and Easy Check-In

Very disappointed with the stay No daily cleaning service provided , especially considering the £200 price tag. No room service available. Kitchen appliances were not working. Toilet was not clean on arrival.

Cheaper to go here and get an uber

Big fridge and freezer, separate bedrooms with individual locks and it being fantastic value for money

Sirens at night kept us awake, not there fault but did cause a sleepless night

Don't waste our money

Not a right lot.

From working in a prison i can safely say prisoners rooms are better than what we stayed in. Windows are like a sheet of paper when it comes to blocking out the noise. The elevator feels and sounds like its about to give way any second. Complete waste of money massively overcharged for what you get. The bed

A cheap, no frills room, if you just want clean and basic you’ll be happy.

It felt extremely clean.

The bed was really uncomfortable. We booked a flat for 4 but ended up with a flat for 3 and my son had to share with strangers, so not what I booked.

Free parking, easy to get to by car. Spacious fridge/freezer.

It didn't feel very clean and the cutlery and crockery was visibly not that clean, so we had to wash up before we could use it. The cooker was really grotty. The beds were uncomfortable. Although I expected it to be fairly basic as it was in student halls of residence, I thought the flat itself, when being rented out, would have been upgraded a little bit.

Poor stay, in a delapidated building that felt very depressing. Getting into rooms was a chore.

Nothing. Not suitable as a place for a business stay.

This is nothing like the attractive modernist styled comfy photos! Don not be fooled! Greeted by silverfish insects in the bathroom. The shower was not clean and certain parts looked moldy Single ultra-bright light (only one) in the bedroom, with no way of having dimmer light, felt like you we in prison being interrogated. The bedding was lightweight. The room was overheated and even though I turned off the heating way too hot. No lounge area in partment - just a prison cell-like rooms and a kitchen and bathroom - very basic. I cannot conceive how students might have felt during the lockdown. The only good thing was the prison-like security.

Staff were polite and responsive when checking in and when there was a power cut .

You get what you pay for . The building does remind you of a prison , Very basic .The area around the building is not the safest after dark . However security was good and the room clean

Bed was clean and the staff freindly

Kitchen needed cleaning cooker was rusty needs replacing as was the microwave The extractor fan was disgusting Had to clean the new fridge freezer inside but it also had dirt and grease on top of the it The lift was out of action saw someone trying to repair it one morning but it still didn't work when I returned the same day Next to police station and they switch on sirens all the time day and night

Good

The kitchen was great, everything we could ask for; microwave, fridge freezer, iron & ironing board, oven and hob. The mattresses were adequate and comfortable enough for a short stay. Desk doubling as a dressing table, but mirror was away from this. All linens and towels were provided (including a bath sheet).

The bathroom was the let down in an otherwise value for money stay. The shower mat was very dirty underneath and the sink could use some Cif.
