Guests can access all internal areas of the apartment. We request that guests treat the apartment as their home and be respectful to the neighbours that live in the block and surrounding area.

Clean and comfortable. Right next to a bus stop into the city and Old Trafford. Key process was simple and the landlord was helpful.

Relativement bien située par rapport au transport en commun pour se rendre au centre historique.
L’information de base était déficiente: aucune info sur le transport en commun, les commerces de proximité. À notre arrivée il n’y avait pas de papier hygiénique dans la salle de bain. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur le site, il n’y a ni lave-vaisselle ni cafetière. Concernant l’absence de cette dernière le gérant nous a expliqué qu’un précédent locataire avait volé la cafetière et que depuis ce temps il fournissait du café instant seulement. Pourtant nous avons vérifié au Asda (hypermarché) du quartier et une cafetière à piston (genre Bodum) valait 9£: un prix qui ne réduit pas vraiment la marge de profit surtout s’il est amorti sur plusieurs location. Et puis ce ne sont pas tous les locataires qui sont des voleurs!
Le principal avantage de cet appartement est son bas prix pour deux couples voyageant ensemble. Son exiguïté commande un court séjour. Dans cette perspective, pour les gens qui cuisinent, le lave-vaisselle serait davantage un atout qu’un lave-linge.
