New hot tub Hosts were really helpful and responded quickly. Property was very warm. Lots of crockery etc Location very central.

Great location, easy walking distance to all the main interests, shops and restaurants. Loved the hot tub and the bath and the ensuites. For a big roomy place it was warm. Perfect for our trip during truly awful weather!

These are nitpicks - we had a great time! Lack of detail about the size of the garage (ie measurements) would enable those with bigger cars to work out if it'll fit. Peugeout 3008 is 2" too long. A cafetiere or moka pot for making coffee (couldn't find one? There was a pod machine but for coffee enthusiasts they are rubbish). Oh and a Bluetooth speaker would be good.

Stayed here for my birthday with my family and the apartment was beautiful, clean and I'd absolutely stay again, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very beautiful

Absolutely everything the property was stunning. The host was quick with replies when we had any questions, even though there was a full very well informed booklet which we didn’t notice because we was star struck with the property

Spacious. Very nice layout. Catered to everything. 2/3 rooms had fans which was much needed with the recent heat. 2/3 rooms had ensuite and the third room was right by the main bathroom. Bunk beds for kids went down a treat. Apartment is over 4 floors so a lot of up and down stairs. Hot tub is outside up another set of stairs once hot. Nice temperature but it isn’t the hot tub with the bubbles just an oversized wooden tub. Ping pong table also by the hot tub. Towels provided, shampoo, conditional, body gel also provided. Excellent location right in the city centre. 1 space for 1 vehicle within the garage. I would recommend this property and would stay again when I return to Manchester.

We had an exceptional experience with Hammock Heights, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Elaine, who was responsible for the property and our main point of contact, was outstanding from start to finish. She was always kind, highly responsive, and consistently went above and beyond to make things easier for us. The house itself was perfect, and its location was magnificent—just a one-minute walk from the center of Manchester, which made everything incredibly convenient. When we needed parking for another car, Elaine helped us search for the nearest available options and advised us on how to use them, which made things much easier. What really impressed me was when I realized I had forgotten an item inside the house after our stay. Even though it was found days later, Elaine immediately took care of it and arranged for the item to be delivered to our home which is located in Ashington (4 hours away from Manchester) —at no cost to us. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and proactive. I would absolutely recommend Hammock Heights, and especially Elaine, to anyone looking for a stress-free and highly professional experience
