Luxury 3 King Bed Apartment Quayside

Nothing was likeable about this property. Do not book. it was not at all what it is advertised to look like. It was extremely dirty, spiders everywhere, especially in the kitchen. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

Spiders everywhere. Literally in every corner. Above the stove in the kitchen, how is that even hygienic? The bathroom was nasty. The whole place was old and falling apart. Didn't end up sleeping there one bit. The actual place is in a council building. Not even meant to be advertised as an property to book in the first place. Smelly and not good access - no lift, only very steep stairs. Poo stains on the sofa! No fire alarm installed. Very unsafe.

Spacious apartment good for small families

It was unclean, strong musty smell as you enter, dust on the was almost every where, blindes were broken, towels were old with stains, store room had old sheets thrown in carpets needed a deep clean, both couches were not in hood condition again smell n stains, the dining table chairs were not stable needed fixing, dust on the dining table. The bed sheet in bedroom downstairs was ripped did not fit the mattress at all. I ended up getting my own febreez n cleaning what I can just to make it comfortable. The wallpaper on what part of the wall was half peeled off. I provided the host with an opportunity to please rectify the issues the main one being to please provide us with towels and a bedsheet that fit. Considering I'm with family that included my children I expected cleanliness and I provided an opportunity to have this rectified but nothing was done. A very nice apartment but in serious need of attention.

Bedding and towels very old and smell luckily we had our bedding and towels. Chair was all wobbly. You couldn’t sit on. They should get rid of it completely. It’s not safe. Wallpaper coming down. Toilet seat is broken kitchen facility very dirty and smelly all the window blind was broken. Not a very clear instruction how to get the key.

The owner is rude, a liar and a scammer. We booked the 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. A few hours before we could check in we were informed by the owner that the property had a leak and that he was accommodating us in another property of his. He told us that it is exactly the same as what we had booked which to our knowledge is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. Keep in mind that we are 5 adults with children traveling. To our shock we arrive at the new accommodation to find that it is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. An extra bed had been cramped into one room to apparently accommodate us. This is not remotely similar to what we had originally booked. The condition in which we found the place was not worth what we paid at all. When we had called him to let him know that the apartment does not accommodate us, he was extremely rude and agreed for us to leave the apartment immediately after which he would give us a full refund. After we left the apartment we messaged him to notify him and from that point onwards he did not take any of our calls nor respond to any messages. When we laid a formal complaint with bookings.com and they reached out to him twice and both times he told them that he does not approve the refund. The apartment smelled, was dirty, there was a closet stuffed with dirty laundry, the sofa was damaged, dining room chairs were broken, bathroom was dirty and the pedestals were broken. This was after him telling us that the apartment was safe to bring my baby into. The apartment he gave us is mentioned in the detailed picture below. It is completely different from the pictures in the bookings and some pictures of the other place is here. The guys number is here so that you can contact him and make sure that you are actually getting what you booked. If I were you, DO NOT BOOK with this guy. He is a SCAMMER!

Perfect for our family - great location and quiet too . Nice and spacious for the family

The property was very spacious,dog friendly comfortable and had everything we ever needed to make it the most perfect relaxing break. It is also in a fantastic location very close to a park restaurants as well as a cinema,shopping centre and transport links to the city centre which are all in close proximity. I would highly recommend this apartment to families and friends and those who are seeking the perfect escape.

Great location , close to all amenities, host was very welcoming, good value for money and beds were very comfortable would highly recommend 10/10

Location of apartment very good as short walk to Old Trafford stadium (handy as we were there to watch a match) as well as many places to eat such as Quayside. Host very accommodating and even allowed us a late check out.

Small stain on the floor in the living room corner from previous booking (I assume). We were only given 3 shower towels to split between 4 of us but other than that there was no issues and the apartment was lovely.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Handy shops just round the corner. Easy parking. The apartment was nice and warm.

The apartment lacked a few essentials. For example not enough mugs or drinking glasses, no hand towels in the bathrooms nor tea towels in the kitchen. We had to go out and buy these essentials ourselves. A plug in the kitchen sink would have been very handy as all dishes had to be hand washed.

First of all had to pick the key up from a lock box 5mins away. Then we Turned up and the property which was filthy and dirty, dirty cups and bedding. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned.

Really good value for money, 3 bedrooms and sofa beds as well. The beds were really comfortable, and overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The key wasn't in the lock box on arrival, and it was more awkward than it should've been to get the key. There were anti pest bombs in both upstairs bedrooms still lit, which stank the place out with smoke. Also the bedroom window didn't open which made staying in that room not possible.

Location is great for the stadium and blue line. Price was very good for the number of rooms. The place was clean and comfortable.

These are mostly minor issues given that the apartment was cheap, but some are easy to address: (1) missing floorboard in kitchen (2) only 3 mugs (3) no teatowels, bathmats - bathmat is a safety issue as floors very slippery when wet. (4) hob works but was impossible to tell whether on or off - safety concern (5) no lights by bed - had to get up to turn off light (6) bit of a hike to pick up and drop off keys (7) no instructions or info about the area (8) would be nice to have sugar, milk and teabags - or at least sugar! (9) Chairs are on their last legs

Sleutel lag niet op de afgesproken plek. Lag gewoon boven op tafel. Moesten maar alle bellen indrukken dan werd er wel open gedaan. En verder was het er zo ontzettend goor. Vlekken op de vloer, de vloer plakte ook gewoon, Mac Donalds beker op de grond. Haren op de bedden, vieze kastjes, lagen handdoeken op bed maar konden niet zien of het schone handdoeken waren, schimmels in de badkamer. Bij de wc lag een schroevendraaier, glas en wc papier in de wc pot. Bedden waren niet opgemaakt, kapotte gordijnen, wc-bril niet schoon, behang liet los van de muur. Lag nog kleding van de vorige gasten We hebben contact gezocht omdat het zo vies is. Totaal geen reactie. Daarna contact gehad met booking. Zij hebben contact met hem gezocht. Hij zou de volgende dag een schoonmaker sturen. Daar gingen wij niet mee akkoord. Dus booking heeft weer contact gezocht. Toen zou hij die avond nog een schoonmaker sturen. Die 3 dagen dat wij er geweest zijn hebben wij geen schoonmaker gezien. Kregen ook geen contact met hem. Dag van vertrek bericht gestuurd waar de sleutel lag. En een bericht, sarcastisch bedoelt, thanks for the service and cleaning. En toen reageerde hij gelijk. Thanks bro leave the keys on the table. Excuus hij was paar dagen weg. In deze tijd met mobieltjes ben je altijd bereikbaar. Hij bood nog een gratis overnachting aan als we weer komen. Wij komen hier nooit weer.
