About this house rental
Come and stay at our recently refurbished 4 double bedroom & 2 bathroom Victorian terrace family house. Located in Swinton, roughly 10 mins from Manchester City Centre, easily accessible by car, bus or train (Swinton station).
We provide our guests with a home-from-home experience, offering all the essentials you may need whilst away from home. Including a fully equipped kitchen, 50'' TV with Netflix (TVs also in bedrooms), high-speed fibre broadband, towels, street parking & a lot more!!
THE SPACE
Unwind on our leather sofas and entertain yourself with our 50'' flat-screen TV with Netflix.
You can also take a seat at our dining table and 2 benches, perfect for catching up with work or having some quiet time to have a meal with travel companions or family.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials inc;
Electric Hob & Oven
Microwave
Fridge Freezer
Dishwasher
Kettle & Toaster
Cutlery, China, Glassware & Utensils.
We also provide some of the essentials, such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, pasta, rice and cooking oil.
Any last-minute laundry needs are also catered for with a quick speed washing machine, and you can find a clothes horse, iron and ironing board too.
Get refreshed in our master bathroom with a rain shower, and we'll also supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms.
Our 3 double bedrooms give you everything you need for a good night's rest with comfy double beds and bed linen provided, bedside cabinets and clothes rails with hangers. Or you can entertain yourself with flat-screen TVs.
One of the bedrooms also comes with the privacy of your own ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Downstairs we have two reception rooms, the second reception room has a double sofa bed and can be used as a 4th bedroom.
We know that remembering to bring everything doesn't always go to plan, so we also provide; USB charging ports throughout the house and a universal travel adaptor.
We hope that there aren't any unfortunate accidents, but for your safety of mind, there is a first aid kit and fire blanket situated in the kitchen. There are also smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted in the property.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the whole property. When you enter the property, you will come to a hallway that leads off to the first and second reception rooms and also the stairs to the second floor.
The first room to the left is the second reception room, which includes a double sofa bed and can be used as a 4th bedroom. The next door leads to the back of the property, where you will find a large open-plan living room and kitchen, which leads to a small courtyard garden.
When you go upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms with one ensuite and a bathroom.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Due to the number of guests trying to have parties at our properties, we have to be strict; therefore, no unauthorised guests or visitors are permitted during the stay.
We can accommodate up to 7 guests. However, the second reception downstairs to the front of the property has a double sofa bed and can be used in the 4th bedroom.
