From booking to arriving we had great contact. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of space - lovely high ceilings - bright daylight. nice added touches of towels, tea, coffee, cereals, bedding, etc great stay

quite a lot of ants in the kitchen street parking was a nightmare as very busy road sharp flooring in kitchen

10/10 cannot find one fault with the hosts and the property. Rooms were large and very modern, spotless clean and all facilities were excellent. I will never stay in a hotel again while in manchester. This property felt like home from home 100% recommend. Perfect for famlies or couples/ groups.

Parking can be slightly difficult as it is a tight road but that is no reflection on the hosts of the property

The beds were very squeaky and pretty uncomfortable. The location is good (about £10-12 for a taxi into Manchester) but people can speed down the street and someone ended up damaging my friends wing mirror in the 3 days that we were there

Beautiful, Amazing and Good

The location was great and was near the Manchester City Centre. I loved that the house was an 11 min walk to Asda to do some food shopping.

The house had dry paint all over the walls and my clothes and arms were covered with dry paint.

Well worth the money.

Great size of house. Looking from the outside you wouldn't think it but its like Dr Whos tardis. 3 big double bedrooms,lovely living room and a decent size kitchen. Great big shower in the bathroom as well. Just off the motorway so easy to get to.

Parking is a bit of a premium but we managed to get parked relatively close. Not much the owners can do as its a busy street.

the property was well laid out and a lot of space considering there was five of us we were not on top of each other the whole time also very clean. the host Louise was very helpful and friendly with us.

The bed in the en-suite bedroom was very noisy other than that we didn’t have a problem with anything.

Brilliant would definitely come back and stay again!

Me and my sisters traveled from Southampton to spend the weekend at park house the house was lovely, clean and cosy also in a perfect location. Close to local supermarket and only a short drive to Manchester City centre and short walk to local train station. The host was lovely and made the whole process as easy as possible. The parking was great with free on street parking and managed to secure a space right outside the property! Everything about this property was wonderful would 100% recommended staying here and would defo stay here if I were to travel here again! Only downside would be the beds weren’t the most comfortable overall I would rate my stay a 9.5 only due to the uncomfortableness of the beds otherwise would be a solid 10!

Well placed for access to Manchester City Centre provided you have your own car.

A little off the beaten track but not too far from supermarkets and Train link. The drive into the city centre was shore (15min) and simple.

The road was a little busy and parking can be a problem but we did manage to park 3 cars both nights. No obvious pubs or restaurants nearby.

Highly enjoyable for the whole family!

Very spacious and comfortable sitting room/diner and kitchen. Four v good sized bedrooms and convenient location for shops etc. The host responded very quickly with any questions/issues. Thanks!

Downstairs toilet would have been a nice bonus.

Clean property, poor service and location

The property was clean and nicely decorated.

The location is abit too from Manchester City Centre. It is on a busy through road with cars parked on both sides of the pavement. Its a terraced house and neighbours like to complain therefore it was uncomfortable and not a relaxed environment. The host and booking experience was nothing like I’ve experienced before. A contract, high deposit, full identification, messages and calls from the host made the stay uncomfortable. Your on egg shells not to enjoy yourself in fear of the neighbours and loosing your deposit. Host accused us of burning the carpet, leaving makeup stains on the carpet and being noisy that the neighbours had to complain. The host also admitted to throwing a group out and retaining their deposit for “breaking the rules”. Uncomfortable stay, wish we had stayed elsewhere with better service and wish i had read ALL the small print rules before booking. Host needs to learn customer service goes a long way. Property was nice inside but host was poor. Wouldn’t book again with that level of service.
