A comfortable and memorable stay—the kids really enjoyed staying here also and the views were beautiful.

Some fine tuning needs to be done to produce an excellent experience..

Excellent location and connection to trams and busses. The reception staff were superb , a special mention for Anna.

We were told supermarket deliveries were not allowed inside and we had to wait outside for up to 1 hr for our delivery slot. The very likeable and helpful reception staff said this was wrong and when Marks and Spencer arrived they sent them to the apartment. We had to fill in a very comprehensive security form and were told we all would be asked on arrival to show photo ID. This was not then required as they only needed proof of the lead guest.. We arrived on time at 18.30, the apartment was very cold. Why was the heat not turned on? The password instructions for the WiFi should be type written not hand written by a spider on the back of an envelope The underside of the toilet seat was stained yellow. Dirty linen was left in the water heater cupboard. The kitchen was excellent but was let down with only two large saucepans. The apartment was cleaner when we left than when we arrive.

Appartement bien situé, dans yn immeuble de standing avec réception 24/24 et 7/7. En face de station tramway et bus à 15 min du centre ville. Une machine à café à la réception est disponible pour tous les résidents. Appartement confortable et spacieux

Tout était OK peut-être manque de vaisselle. Et le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait mais je pense que c était singulier.

Billederne levede ikke op til lejligheden. Det var rigtig ærgerligt vi havde en forhåbning om at kunne se kanalen men istedet for vi en udsigt til en pakke central
