Excelent service ,even though I did not meet any staff physically, but we chatted and they were very helpful and were excellent in their aproach to me.I never lacked anything whilst I was your guest ,it made me feel at home which made me not to miss my home.Later I didcovered that the apartment was close to the road where I was able to pick up a bus and taxi to town straight(neqrness to evrywhere I went ).Thank you team and I will recomend to other people definitely.GOD BLESS You.Keep the good work and reception.

So far,nothing

The property is very clean and has comfortable beddings. The lounge was very cozy and very clean as well. The toiletries were available The kitchen had modern gadgets easy to use.

Check out should be at least 11am

I liked that we had a private en-suite room on the first floor. The shared kitchen and lounge facilities were nice as well. Plenty of room for everyone.

I think there could have been a bigger or longer mirror in our room. We ended up borrowing the one from the hallway.

Close to Old trafford, it was clean and the wifi was good

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance, the toilet seat was not placed on the toilet properly (the screw was loosened) and the heating was non existent. When I asked for a radiator/heater they sent over a video link how to set up the thermostat but even following the instructions the room stayed quite chilly (17-18 C).
