Close to Old trafford, it was clean and the wifi was good

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance, the toilet seat was not placed on the toilet properly (the screw was loosened) and the heating was non existent. When I asked for a radiator/heater they sent over a video link how to set up the thermostat but even following the instructions the room stayed quite chilly (17-18 C).

Location was handy for our purposes, kitchen and bathroom were clean and good

The front door was a bit sticky and difficult to open for one of our party, so I had to get up in the middle of the night to let them in

We had a great time in Noor Garden. I can highly recommend this accommodation and personally I would come back.

It was great value for money. Pretty good private room with a bathroom. Big and comfortable bed. Nice kitchen facilities.

Toilet was not cleaned. The entrance to the house is in an underground garage, upon arrival we had problems finding it. If this information was provided then it was not highlighted enough.

Great budget stay for a couple of days with impressive quality/price ratio

Very good offer for a budget stay in Manchester. Amazing ratio of price/quality! Great instructions from the hosts (including video of the entrance) and good communication, all my questions were answered immediately! Situated in a very calm residential area. If you like walking - you can easily walk to the central quarters in 25-30 minutes. Few bus and train/tram stops are available in the area, it is very easy to get around. The home itself is quite new, everything is very clean and works perfectly. The kitchen is amazing, fully equipped with everything you can think about. All equipment and tableware is new and of good quality.

Not about the property exactly, but I believe we weren't lucky about the other guests who were staying there at the same time in other rooms. As our room and the house in general were extremely clean, it was a bit shocking to find the dirty dishes left by the guests in the shared area in the kitchen for a two days in a row. I am thankful to the host who managed this situation remotely by sending message to the other guests with a request to clean after themselves.

Excellent value for money in MCR suburbs - perfect for marathon prep!

Excellent location to get to the start for the Manchester marathon, and easily accessible by bus. Not exactly in the city centre, but also still very close by. Very fair value for money, perfect for race prep with the kitchen + fridge, and good beds. Room was perfectly quiet.

Rubbish from a previous guest had been forgotten in our room - a box of chocolates, so nothing horrible, and overall it was very clean. Room under the roof was a bit stuffy, definitely needed the open windows + provided ventilator.

We regret to inform you that we were unable to stay at the apartment due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the host between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, all of our calls were diverted to his voicemail. Consequently, we were compelled to seek alternative accommodations.
