The house is lovely, lots of space for 5 of us! Tram station not far away and parking freely available, which was great! The decor was lovely, really homely and comfortable. The beds are comfy, we all had a great nights sleep!
The stairs are very steep, so keep this in mind if you struggle with mobility. I would prefer a bath sheet, the bath towels are very small.

The property was clean, very spacious and well equipped. Easy to get into Manchester city centre on the buses or trams. Quiet residential street with plentiful free parking. The owners have done a decent job renovating the house.
The approach roads to the property and area around it was scruffy, dirty and rundown in places. Having said that, we didn't have any issues with the neighbours or experience any sort of antisocial behaviour at all, despite the area's appearance. The property itself was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
