The property was clean, very spacious and well equipped. Easy to get into Manchester city centre on the buses or trams. Quiet residential street with plentiful free parking. The owners have done a decent job renovating the house.
The approach roads to the property and area around it was scruffy, dirty and rundown in places. Having said that, we didn't have any issues with the neighbours or experience any sort of antisocial behaviour at all, despite the area's appearance. The property itself was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Immaculate accommodation, really comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.

Bath towels very small! Not good for a larger person! A Bath sheet would be nice.
No bedside table in the twin bedroom.

Ideal property for a couple. Close to transport for ease of traveling around the Greater Manchester area. Property warm and well appointed for self catering holidays and very quiet. We weren't traveling by car, but there seemed to be reasonable street parking in the immediate area.
Nothing, very happy to give 10 stars and highly recommend.

The house was spacious and very clean
Excellent facilities.
Bed very comfortable.
WiFi isn't great. Couldn't get the tvs to work properly.
The light in the ensuite is rather noisy when first turned on.
Pillow in main bedroom was very lumpy.
