It was a lovely stay

Lovely flat was there for the rugby and it’s only 10/15 in a taxi!

Only thing was there was a smell of fish coming from the fridge but everything else was fine!

A well appointed flat, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

A lot of windows were open when I arrived and as it was December the apartment was freezing until the night storage heaters kicked in overnight.

Property was very clean and was really homely. Had everything we needed and everything worked as it should. Nothing bad to say about this property.

Only bad thing I can say is the outside of the building isn’t kept up to standard but as soon as you get inside you forget about the outside.

Very nice area , nice flat and comfortable.

Many space for everything, comfy bed , comfortable sofas , it’s was nice flat . Plus umbrellas and some welcome stuff , thank you :)

Water was cold in sinks in the morning, in bath was to cold to take shower and in shower in 2nd bathroom was pressure very low . Heating wasn’t working in house just in 1 room .

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website didn't do justice to the real thing. The bus stop is right outside the complex, so travelling to and from the city centre was easy.

Perfect

It was kept very clean and well maintained property. The kitchen is fully functional and gives homely vibes. The owner was very lovely and she had left Edinburgh shortbread for us. That’s such a kind gesture by her. The location is super convenient to travel from the town centre by bus and also by car. Bus frequency is good from the location. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Edinburgh and would go back to this lovely property if visiting Edinburgh.

Would advice to be prepared with bit of food groceries beforehand if planning to cook in the house. If not , food deliveries are easily available.

Large and comfortable apartment.

Nice property, easy enough to find and not too far from the centre. Free parking right outside. Simple key box entry. Larger than expected, one bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Good wifi and Netflix ect. Furniture and fittings all good quality. Kitchen had everything needed, no issues there. Very quiet location, heard nothing during the night at all. One little niggle, the seal around the bath was a little grubby and the shower head pipe was falling apart but still worked. Having said that would book in the future without hesitation.

Present surprise

When we arrived into the apartment we were pleasantly surprised with how clean, comfortable and well decorated the apartment was .there was milk and cookies there for us and tea coffee,sugar.that was nice.our family found the beds extremely comfortable and we slept so well.the living space was very comfortable and modern.

The front of the building could do with being painted and Edinburgh city is not as close as you'd think.thankfully the cleaning lady was able to tell us what bus to get and where from.bus 29 takes you to the city in about 30 minutes for 12 pounds for a family ticket full day use.the buses are very prompt.there should be better pictures taken of the apartment and of the second bedroom and .the photos on the site don't do the apartment justice,we would stay again if we come back for another visit.

Appartamento nella prima periferia di Edimburgo, molto ben arredato ed accogliente. Letti e divano comodissimi, ed omaggi lasciati dai proprietari. Molto pulito. Trovo ottima anche la posizione perché si può lasciare qui l’auto gratuitamente e prendere l’autobus la cui fermata è vicinissima, per arrivare in centro in meno de 30 minuti
