DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

The property was ok

The abusive, aggressive neighbour next door, who took it upon himself to break into my vehicle to move it when it wasn’t in anyones way, when I stepped outside to ask what he was doing he got very abusive, verbally and with aggression, threatening behaviour, my collegues who were staying in the property with me refused to stay as the didn’t feel safe. I contacted the hist to only be told he is always like that and nothing could be done! I have asked for a full refund as nobody stayed in the property but the owner has now blocked my calls and messages and refuse’s to speak to me or booking. Com, I have also involved the police with his behaviour and awaiting the out come of this. Do not rent this property, nowhere in the description does it inform you of aggressive neighbours, what if there had been children in my party…. Highly not recommended

Just about fit for purpose.

Cleanliness and location

There was no toilet paper (we had to go buy some), and no shower products. Coffee containers were available but they were EMPTY. The house was very cold and took forever to heat after we had to figure out how to switch the heating on, as boiler itself was off and the heating pannel control thing was confusing. We tried to call the owners but they weren't very helpful. The remote control for the TV was also not working. The fridge was also not cleaned out with some food remaining from previous tenants and it didn't smell good. Overall even though the rooms were clean and fit for purpose of sleeping one night in. It was really lacking basic things for comfort.

Ruined my holiday, had to search for another accommodation whole night.

Nothing.

No central heating. Heaters are there but never worked. Freezing cold, very dangerous stripping very old carpets with loose edges Half way only fits bathroom seat, filthy floors.

Not "Cosy"

It was in a convenient location. Easy to find and had plenty of parking space. It was spacious.

There were limited cooking utensils and pans. On arrival the fridge contained two out of date cartons of milk and an open bottle of Coke. The beds did not have mattress protectors on. The description stated that toiletries were provided. These consisted of previously opened and used soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. The furniture and fittings had some damage and staining. The curtains did not cover the whole window.

Glad we o ly stayes 1 night

Easy to find, spacious and close to the shop

Kitchen - draws were dirty and so were plates, cutlery and tea towel we had to wash anything before we used it ( just a pain). Trying to cook ! No baking treys and only 2 pans no sharp knife’s (have you tried for cut a lime and cucumber with a butter knife isn’t the easiest ). There is a door and window in the kitchen that was unable to be unlocked from inside or out ( FIRE HAZARD) list goes on! Bathroom - Used razor/ tooth brush and loofer left in the bathroom. Shower wall bracket is upside down so you can’t use it. Left over bonfire in the garden No mattress protectors in beds that’s just gross !

Exceptionally clean. Would stay again.

Don’t get put off by the dated carpets. The house is very clean, beds are very comfortable and I would stay again. Nice shower

I wanted more/ larger towels. Kitchen could be updated. There was no dishwasher.

Cosy

Close where I needed to be plenty of room, a short stay

No fans as it was a very hot day, food left in fridge and dirty washing in washing basket, couldn't a just shower head.

Comfortable, spacious house in good location

This is a 3 bedroom house in the Centre of Leicester. Very comfortable and cosy, with every amenity you'd expect from a house. Only stayed 2 night was there for a graduation ceremony, but also had huge back yard if you have kids or the weather is nice, drive for your car.

If I am being picky I would say lack of a hair dryer wasn't great. I didn't take mine as these days they are always provided.
