Back door lock didn't have a key supplied which gave us a bit of a safety issue, but spoke to the owner and she said it will be sorted out by this week Everything else was ok apart from bathroom needs covering up at the window

Comfy 2 night stay, did the job :)

It looked really nice and modern in the living areas and bedrooms. Comfy bed in the 2nd room and plenty of space in the house. Parking was great, plenty of space to park as owner was able to register a permit for us. Fast WiFi and had coffee, tea available and showering facilities like shower gel. We didn’t need to use the kitchen but was nice to have the facility there. Owner responded quickly to any issues that arose and was very helpful. There is a refundable deposit that you can pay online which was quick and easy to do.

Have already mentioned this to the owner and they are aware that the toilet doesn’t flush straight away. Would have been nice to have a full length mirror, they explained why. Light in 2nd bedroom wasn’t working well. Would have been nice to have more shelves/storage to store clothes etc.

Never even got to go inside the property even tho I paid

Owner was very rude and stereotypical and tried charging me £200 for deposit after I paid for it on the app already and then after he took the absolute piss go cancel my booking so I can get a refund

The Apartment is good location and price a bit expensive than other. Need more improvement

I like the location near in Church

1. Smell when the open the Apartment 2. Not enough towels. We books 4 person but the towels 2 pcs only. 3. No sign of heater were we can switch on 4 . Whole night we sacrifice of cold weather and my friends are had fever cold and cough.
