The location is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I started to wonder if the neighbourhood had been evacuated and we weren't informed. Genuinely one of the most quiet places I've ever stayed. We stayed in February and it was lovely and warm. The radiators belt out some heat. There's also plenty of hot water although the shower is what I could only describe as courageously poor.
The settees and beds are really quite uncomfortable. I'll acknowledge I'm quite tall so you can't serve every need in a place at this price point.

The booking and communication was easy and clear - the whole transaction was trouble free. The property location was convenient for the city but lovely and quiet. The property was generally clean.
The property decor was very tired (missing paint patches, burn holes in sofa, holes in carpet, stained shower curtain). The bed was extremely soft (basic cheap mattress) and the pillows lumpy. It appears to have been set up as cheaply as possible. Adequate as a stopover for the price but lacking any comfort or luxury

Location was great, close to the city. Lovely quiet area. Comfortable beds. Good temperature. Reasonable price. Easy to get into the flat , bedrooms were nice. Lots of space.
Oven is really disgusting, needs cleaning. The fridge leaked on the floor. There is a lack of kitchen utensils, only 2 forks and no frying pan. Parking is a bit tricky .
