I got the groundfloor studio, had problems with the heating which was sorted out promptly. Had everything I could need for a weeks stay, was clean. If they would've put a small adjustable table to go with the single sofa I would've been able to stay more but without its difficult to work. Location is excellent, 10 mins walk to Uni and you have all amenities with in walking distance.

The leak in wall needs sorting but the place didn't feel damp. Sometimes I had to open the door since the only window in the room is sealed.

convenient to where we wanted to be and in a nice area. lots of local independent shops and cafes nearby

there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the carpet near the bed although everything looked clean and well looked after. Probably needs looking into. It would be great if the little garden was tidied up as a space for sitting outside in the summer.

Good location, easy to follow instructions for check-in and check out. Nice and clean and comfortable.

The extractor fan in the kitchen could be better. The bathroom window could not be opened.

Free street parking. Loads of places for food and a supermarket less than 5 minutes away

As it was a downstairs apartment, whenever the people upstairs were walking up or downstairs it was very noisy
