Magnificence in Ypres

Fantastic location with a beautiful view, you are right in town! The space is perfect, very comfortable, minimal but with everything you need. Great bed and the bathroom is incredible too, really roomy and underfloor heating!! Highly recommend this place. I know we'll be going back again for sure!

Needs carpet on stairs to quiet down movement. Confused about about the statement “good breakfast “ and photo of breakfast in listing, as No breakfast was available. Maybe drop that picture off the listing and remove good breakfast. Ah and yes, pillows too hard and high.

Excellent accommodation in a great location!

Excellent comms from Matthias both before and during the stay. Ideal location, right in the heart of the centre. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with loads of facilities (coffee machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc etc). Room has been refurbished to a high spec.

Due to its excellent location, there was some outside noise from passers by throughout the night. This wasn’t helped by the busy Christmas Market which was there during our stay. Other times of year may be different.

Gorgeous room

A beautiful room, gorgeous bathroom with all modern decor and fittings. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a terrace which was lovely for a morning coffee. I would absolutely recommend this place. Loved it.

Perfect room & location for a visit to Ypres!

Perfect location, 50 meter from the big square. The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. Also a very nice view on the towers of Ypres.

A great find close to the Grote Maarkt.

The location is perfect. The property is superbly clean, comfortable and modern. I will look to book here again on future trips. You can see the tower of Cloth Hall from the window of 1.3. If staying for longer in the Summer, I would choose room 1.2, which has access to the small balcony/terrace.

You can hear other guests coming and going but they were considerate. You cannot hear anything through the walls only from the corridor . Just as an observation: The stairs are steep, which might be a problem for someone with mobility difficulties

Perfect location

The host was always responsive and ready to help. The apartment itself is in an amazing location, right next to the central square. New, stylish, and modern. And the terrace offers a stunning view!

Everything was wonderful. The only downside: the steep stairs might be tricky with small children, and the pillows were too high for us.

Een nieuwe top-locatie!

Vanuit de locatie sta je binnen 5 minuten bij de Lakenhallen, het museum, de Menenpoort waar iedere avond om 20u de Last Post wordt gespeeld. Ieper is een prettige en mooie stad met een boven verwachting mooi museum.

Impeccable: a l état neuf, de très bon goût . Le petit coin dînette tout aussi joliment aménagé . Salle de bain très spacieuse et tout aussi moderne. Le soucis du détail : housse de couette en gaz de coton

Rien de particulier, tout était très bien. Peut-être un petit-déjeuner sur place aurait été un plus.

We verbleven in de familiekamer: alles was superproper en tot in de puntjes in orde. Moderne domotica, zalige bedden en heerlijk beddengoed. Fijn om ’s ochtends te genieten van een koffietje op het terras met uitzicht op de kerk. Toplocatie, we komen graag terug!

- voor mensen die niet gemakkelijk te been zijn, er zijn veel trappen 😉 - opletten voor het gat in de kelder

Helemaal nieuw, mooie ruime badkamer, schoon, perfecte ligging

Volgens mij is het gebouw nog niet helemaal klaar, klein aandachtspuntje is bij het binnenkomen de steile trap naar de kelder. Als je niet oppast, stap je zo het gat in.

Het pand is nog niet helemaal af, maar dat zal niet lang duren. In je kamer heb je daar helemaal geen last van.
