We booked this accommodation for one night and stayed in two rooms. Both rooms looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms featured a nice shower and a cosy sitting area. One of the rooms also had a small kitchenette and a mini fridge, which was very convenient.
Free parking is available around the corner, although it can sometimes be difficult to find an empty spot. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the centre of Ypres — yet still very quiet.
The host was incredibly friendly, communication was excellent, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed fresh breads and croissants, bacon and eggs, jams and cheeses, along with orange juice and coffee. The yoghurt with fresh fruit was the perfect finishing touch.
Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again. Thank you Miguel.

Close to the center of Ypres. Easy walking distance to many areas. Charming host who cooked an amazing breakfast. He had many relevant suggestions of what to do and see. Room was delightful. Lovely design. Great courtyard to relax in.

Lovely spacious room. Extensive and varied breakfast. Location was perfect to be able to walk into the centre and also park the car.
There are a lot of stairs.
