Perfect location, great room, wonderful staff and the most delicious breakfast!

Our room was huge, with its own lounge room. The lady who welcomed us was an absolute delight, so friendly and warm. The breakfast they served was perfection and we were just a short stroll into the main market area for Christmas lights and markets.

Fabulous place to stay.

We were contacted soon after we'd booked, giving us directions to free parking nearby. We were greeted by Lisbet with smiles and polite conversation, offered a choice of rooms, even offering to help with connecting to the WiFi. There was a fabulous indian restaurant on our short walk to the 8pm ceremony at the Menin Gate. The bed was King size, really comfortable, the bathroom massive. We both slept really well. Miguel had our breakfast ready for 7am as promised, well presented and tasting lovely. A fabulous place to stay, a real homely family feeling.

I could hear other guests walking up and down the stairs by our room and voices carried. Also the beeping noise when people entered the building was very loud when we tried to take a nap but we still managed to to catch a nap😊

Excellent location just a short walk from the square. Lovely rooms, large comfy bed and brilliant air conditioning which was a must have. Breakfast was great and all freshly prepared for us.

Exceptional B&B five minutes walk from the centre of Ypres

We booked the luxury room, which had a spacious bathroom, including a bath. The bed was very comfortable and the room had air conditioning, which was very much welcomed as the temperature in Ypres was 30 degrees. The lovely host was very welcoming and even helped to carry our cases to the room. She recommended the best place to park our car for free, which was just a five minute walk from the B&B. Exceptional breakfast, with freshly cooked bacon and probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever tasted, meat & cheese and fruit & yoghurt, juice and tea. I'm considering going back for the Ypres Rally next year, I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. We had a large lovely room, more like a suite with a large comfortable bed, clean and well presented. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The breakfasts were excellent. Friendly staff.

A minor point was no on site parking.

Stylish basement appt with seating area, bathroom, bedroom and eating area. We were at the end of our trip so enjoyed the chance to fully relax in the spacious appt. Fabulous breakfast and attentive hosts.

A perfect stay in a beautiful city. Liesbet is a beautiful hostess who obviously loves what she does

We couldn't fault this accommodation at all. From the greeting on arrival to our departure, everything was great. The unit is very comfortable, clean, bright and airy, and spacious. The included breakfast was sensational! It is also very well situated for a stroll to restaurants, shopping, Menen Gate ceremony and some of the closer WW1 sites.

A perfect way to experience Ypres area with hosts who are perfect ambassadors for

Far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully presented with exceptional decor and fittings. Location and views were perfect and even had a lovely nighttime view of the cathedral from the bathroom. Our host, Elizabeth is such a gem who really knows the art of hospitality. Our morning breakfast was a feast of freshness and totally unexpected.

We found this property warm and very comfortable; the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the shower wonderful. The location of this property is a short walk from the train and bus stations. Nearby there are numerous shops including a supermarket, bakery, florist, barber and chemist. Tourist attractions and restaurants can be easily reached on foot and are located approximately ten minutes from the property. The WiFi speed was fast and reliable, and the hosts provided a map of the city and surrounding areas.

100% Perfect Stay!

The deluxe room we had was beyond expectations, like a luxury apartment . Fantastic location less than ten mins to rail station one way and the same to the market place . Very quiet area . Hosts were very helpful and on hand if needed . Good quality coffee and tea available in room. Very comfortable bed and enormous shower! Breakfast brought to your room was delicious and plentiful! I can’t fault it , would highly recommend a stay here if you visit Ypres .
