Our room was excellent with a view over the beautiful back garden. The room was light and had air conditioning which was great as it was hot during our stay. The breakfast was very good. The staff (Brent & Eleen) were very professional and helped us when needed.

The breakfast was varied and creative, always fresh fruit, often freshly cooked pancakes, bacon and egg etc. A lovely home decorated with interesting personal artworks. The hosts were always friendly and helpful, the accommodation is located in the beautiful and historic centre of Ypres with it's historic architecture. The early 20th century post war reconstruction is sympathetic and beautiful

Nothing really, the effective Air-conditioning was occasionally a little noisy, but that really is a very minor point.

Breakfasts were good and each morning produced a "surprise menu" in addition to the everyday offerings of fruit juice, cereal, bread, preserves, fruit, cheese & meat. The availability of accessing ice cold water at any time of the day and also use of the coffee machine - both in the dining room - was much appreciated. Our hosts were most helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as was the house. Excellent location - 5 minutes walk from Ypres centre;10 minute walk from Railway and bus station. Air conditioning in our bedroom was so useful in the intense heat we experienced during our stay.

Lovely & homely atmosphere Friendly & helpful hosts, very child friendly as well My 8 year old daughter particularly loved the hot tub & the fact there were lots of board games she could borrow Breakfast is different every day & always amazing The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Ieper town centre The hot tub & beautiful garden is lovely to relax in after a day of exploring the city The beds are also very comfortable & there is air conditioning in the room

Parking isn’t always easy as there is only on street parking available but besides this there is nothing else I can fault
