Fabulous location with free parking 3 min walk away. Generous breakfast and lovely hostess Jo. Easy self check in.

The huge open plan bathroom was an interesting feature- personally would prefer a door and a larger shower! Wifi was very slow.

Great location, large and comfortable, clean room

The room was a good size and nicely divided from the bathroom area. It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet despite facing out onto the street. Location is splendid with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance as was the central square of Ypres. There is also a lovely little courtyard which was perfect for sitting out before going to bed.

Cozy place to relax in a central location of the city with free parking around. Bed is comfortable with big room enough space. Breakfast could be arranged with the lady Joe.

The room was very close to town centre and all the attractions. The staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything to give us a comfortable stay. Even had a descent hairdryer as some hotels they’re not good! What a beautiful little garden perfect to look out at breakfast and start off the day 🥰

If I was to fault anything would have been nice to of had some little toiletries and maybe a biscuit or 2 on the coffee tray 🤗

I had a bit trouble figuring out how to turn on the shower. Luckily my husband was able to show me. For the rest all was great.

Spacious, clean and bright rooms, shower and bath! Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and main square. The hotelowner, Mrs Jo, is very knowligable about the erea, has excellent restaurant tips and serves delicious breakfast. The terras is great for summer evenings. Free car park very close to the hotel.

The rooms were a bit hot, but we were in the midst of a heatwave.

Mooie ruime kamers met goede bedden. Ontbijt uitgebreid, lekker en verzorgd.

Badkamer niet afgescheiden van de slaapkamer. Ik reisde met een vriendin, dus dat vond ik ietwat vervelend.

De locatie nm ieper is prima . Na brugge is ieper voor mij de tweede beste site van west vl.

Kort, laat toegekomen en vroeg weer weg.

Ontbijt was top, vers, voldoende, voldoende afwisseling en lekker. Voldoende kussens. Voldoende plaats op de badkamer en kamer. Veel folders van de omgeving, wel rommelig.

Deur badkamer werd gemist. Hygiëne kon daar wel beter. Weinig / zeer weinig contact met host was jammer, ik voelde me een vreemde in een ander z´n huis. We zagen een huis met ´een verhaal´ maar kende het verhaal achter de keuzes niet.

Kamer aan de straatzijde: vreselijk veel lawaai van druk verkeer over kasseien de hele nacht, afschuwelijk! Eigenaresse zegt t te melden op de site- niets over gevonden

Een hele fijne plek om Ieper en omgeving te verkennen.

Prima ontbijt, veel variatie. Geweldige locatie, dicht in de buurt van het marktplein met restaurants, terrassen de mensenpoort en het Flanders Fields museum.

In het appartement aan de straatkant hoorde je wat straatlawaai. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen.
