Great, modern hotel.

Short walk into Ypres. The best thing I liked was the fact it had mugs in the room!!! A decent size cup of tea in the morning!! Everything is well thought out in the prestige rooms. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Lovely bathroom. Everything new, fresh, modern. Night lights a great touch when you need to go for a wee at night. Restaurant delicious. Welcome drink. Good value out of season. War memorabilia in the hotel foyer. Very tasteful. Free parking and breakfast included make it very reasonable.

I little bit of light came into the bedroom at night when the hotel outside lights were on. But not much.

The rooms are excellent quality with a very comfortable Bed. Excellent facilities in the room, tea, coffee, iron and ironing board. Great location for the city and easily walkable. Free Car Parking which is always great.

Food is great quality, however the vegetarian options are very limited.

What a great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable and well designed rooms.

Great location, less than 10 mins walk into town centre. We booked a 'Comfy' double room, which was extremely well appointed and with all the facilities you would expect from a 4* hotel. Breakfast was superb, with a great selection of hot & cold food.

Breakfast was exceptional with an outstanding range of items available. Our Cosy Room was very good, exceptionally clean with all items required. Located within easy walking distance of the town square and shops Everything about the Ariane Hotel was exceptional. Staff were all polite and willing to give you advice when needed. Bar and restaurant were very nice and relaxing. World war memorabilia particularly interesting

There was a damp, drain type smell in our room, room 317. It didn’t ruin our stay, as we got used to it but it needs investigating. Reception staff assured me it would be.

Luxurious stay with lovely staff

Proximity to Menin Gate and Centrum. Easy to find. Disabled access and parking was really good. Very peaceful inside all areas. The restaurant was superb with a wide choice of dishes available. We stayed for longer than the intended time.

There was no water machine & although there is a bottle of water provided, it was not enough for 2 people and there was a limited supply of tea/coffee with no indication of how to restock. The lighting was limited in the bedroom/ living area.

A very beautiful hotel in the centre of Ypres. We enjoyed the historical displays in the hotel and the garden. The hotel is within walking distance of most places of interest. There is car parking on site. The rooms were spacious, modern and very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner there which exceeded our expectations.

The Hotel is in an excellent position for walking around the city, convenient for eateries etc. The staff are very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them, also very friendly. The room on entering was spotless could not fault. The breakfast was a splendid array of foods, too much choice really.

The breakfast was great, the restaurant is renowned in the area, parking was very easy on site. Ypres is well worth a visit to experience the Flanders’s museum and the daily last post at Menim Gate at 8pm.

This is the second time I've used this hotel and I'm sure it won't be the last.

The breakfast was well stocked and a great assortment. The staff were helpful and all spoke good English. The room was well equipped and kept clean.

There wasn't many "bar snacks or lite bites" on the menu forcing you to have expensive posh food in the evening.

The best hidden gem of a hotel you can find

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed I during our 8 week trip. It is a real hidden gem, rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel offers lots of lovely spaces to sit and relax inside or outside. Staff are extremely friendly and very eager to please. We would highly recommend this hotel and this location.
