The property was well thought out and really close to the train station and town centre. The outside terrace space is a lovely touch.

location is excellent just a short walk from the centre, room was clean and comfortable, very good breakfast, help yourself to tea and coffee whenever you like, host's are very friendly and nice.

Charming place with lots of character. Great location as could explore Ypres easily on foot.
Everything was perfect. Only thing that car parking space is not guaranteed opposite the B&B so you need to park car a little further away in the next street. Parking is free.
