Pretty from outside & location & nice breakfast
Our room was a little hot eventually cooled down & beds not too comfortable , would have liked some brochures or info on stay in English as well

lovely B & B on outskirts of Ypres - easy walk in, ample parking and accommodating host - great to relax after long day in outside space
room was a little cramped and pastries could have been fresher but no hesitation in recommending as a 2 night stopover

Short walk into town, quite location, good breakfast, nice clean room with comfy bed, out door seating area, all good. Garage for motorcycle/cycles, lovely garden to eat breakfast outside.
Rooms are available with aircon, but didn't take up the option to upgrade which was a mistake on my part as the temperatures were in the 30s, a fan was available so just made it bearable.
