Staff were so helpful. It’s a friendly place with lots of ‘regulars’. It felt a really safe space to stay (woman and daughter travelling). They even helped me work out how to use the parking machine when I got overwhelmed. Breakfast lovely. I’ll definitely stay here again when we next visit Ypres.

Location was excellent, facilities down stairs where great for drinks.
Other guests returning rather loudly, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all.

Very central to Ypres, so a good place to explore Ypres from. A good indoor space for secure bicycle storage . Helpfil staff at check-in.
Eggs and bacon cooked freshly for each guest at breakfast made it a top breakfast - yum
Noisy room, from being adjacent to the stairs. No kettle in the room so had to use hot water from a vending machine to make tea
