Very friendly host. Clean room. A reasonable price with a good breakfast included. Location is not in the centre, but it's an easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Ypres or you can drive and park in one of the free car parking areas like Minneplein which is really close to the centre.

Location was excellent and walking distance to Menin Gate. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and our hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommended and I will definitely use it again. Well done guys 👍👍👍

La disponibilità di Maria e l'accoglienza che mi ha dedicato.
Premetto che ho soggiornato da solo, ma la stanza con il letto singolo non si può definire una stanza !!! Se siete da soli lasciate stare, poi le altre stanze non le ho viste, ma penso siano più comode e lo spero
