Good for a Bellewaerde visit and historical area.

Location very good, halfway between Bellewaerde and Ypres centre. Very polite and attentive reception with a nice breakfast. I could put my folding bicycle downstairs.

The price online was 80 Euro, and after comparing online and checking again after 10 minutes, it was 90 Euro. (Booking system is counting the hits). Despite the very positive reception and experience, could you please consider a low season deal (to be automated with Booking). I was the only guest. Apart from that, great location and nice rooms!

Estadia tranquila e receptiva em Ypres

Apesar de eu ter ido só para passar a noite, fui muito bem recebido, o quarto e o banheiro estavam em excelentes condições e o café da manhã, apesar de relativamente simples, dispunha de tudo o que eu poderia querer. Para quem for para Ypres, recomendo foretemente!

A janela do quarto dava de frente para a rua e não tinha nenhuma cortina. Como o quarto é no primeiro andar, me senti um pouco exposto como consequência.

Heerlijk geslapen op de comfortabele matrassen. Het is ook best rustig in dit gedeelte van Ieper. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn vriendelijk.

Nette Unterkunft mit fantastischem Frühstück

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Highlight war das frisch zubereitete Frühstück, einfach fantastisch. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es gibt alles was man so braucht. Wir haben zwei Nächte sehr gut und bequem im Vier-Bett-Zimmer geschlafen.

Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min im Stadtkern , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine sehr gute Frituur zu Fuß erreichbar

met mijn vrouw, schoonmoeder en schoonbroer een zeer aangenaam weekend beleefd.

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, welke door de eigenares zelf 's morgens ter plaatse werd bereid (warm + koud). Zeer vriendelijke mensen waarvoor niets teveel was om hun clienteel een goed verblijf te voorzien.

Mooi verblijf en heel gedienstige, vriendelijke onthaaldame, voor wie niks te veel is.

Vlot en vriendelijk onthaal. Goede bedden. Veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Voortreffelijk en heel uitgebreid ontbijt. Gastvrouw komt alles vers klaarmaken.

Misschien ruimte voorzien om fietsen te plaatsen.

Bijzondere ervaring

1 nachtje slapen en vroeg weer op pad. Het bed was fantastisch, de badkamer was meer dan goed. Een leuk huis, bijzonder mooi ingericht. De ontvangst door gastvrouw en haar zoon was ook super!

Het woonhuis wordt in delen verhuurd. We hebben ons niet gerealiseerd dat er drie slaapkamers zijn, die apart van elkaar verhuurd kunnen worden. We huren vaker via booking.com en hebben dit nog niet eerder ervaren. De badkamer was aangrenzend aan de door ons geboekte slaapkamer, maar je moet de overloop op om deze te kunnen bereiken. Je kunt dus 's nachts op de overloop een voor jou vreemde tegenkomen. Dit idee vond ik persoonlijk niet prettig, ik ben nogal op mijn privacy gesteld. Als ik dit vooraf geweten/gelezen had, dan had ik deze plek hierom niet geboekt. Hoewel er bevestigd was dat de badkamer alleen door ons gebruikt zou worden, heb ik niet gezien dat er nog een badkamer voor de andere slaapkamers is. Dit doet overigens niets af aan het warme welkom van de gastvrouw en haar zoon en het fantastische huis dat verhuurd wordt.
