Discover Liverpool from our centrally located two bedrooms-apartment, just a 13-minute walk from Lime Street Station, 4-minute walk from James Street Station, and 4 minutes from Liverpool One. Enjoy a restful stay in our modern apartment. Experience city living at its finest in our comfortable and convenient home at this centrally-located place.
The standard check in time is 3 pm. You MAYBE can upgrade to an early check in from 1 pm for £40. The standard check out time is 11 am. You MAYBE can upgrade to an late check out at 1 pm for £40. If your booking consists of 4 guests and less and you would like to use the sofa bed, there will be a £25 set up and laundry fee.
Please arrange with us and pay the relevant fee at least 24 hours in advance to secure the early check in/ late check out time and it is subject to availability. The room will only be ready to check in at the allocated time.
We apologize that we don't have any luggage storage facilities at the property. There is a left luggage service at the train station that you can use.

The apartment was in a wonderful location for easy access to the city. The kitchen was user friendly. And easy to access entry and leave. It was a bit grubby in places, one of the covers on the sofa was strained & the fridge was not cleaned. The apartment was roomy and spacious but it was cold & one of the heaters didn’t work. The ensuit shower blocked up when using the shower & slowly drained away. So it needs looking at. On the whole a pleasant trip however needs more heating for the colder months.
