VLA - Stadtpark

Great location. Just 10 minutes walk from the core center, so very close to everything, but also very quiet -- no crowd, no traffic, just beautiful historical area. The apartment is very big. Great old building ("old" in a good sense, as what we mean by "pre-war" in New York). Everything is made well. Big beautiful staircase, tall ceilings, moldings, huge windows. Everything is grand. Large separate kitchen on the opposite side of the apartment from the living room. Separate bathroom and toilet, as is common in Europe, so two people can use them at the same time. Washing machine. Good water pressure. Everything is very clean. Elevator up to a high floor. Really nice.

The only minus is there no air conditioner, and not even a fan. But the property did not list them, so I am not complaining. Just a suggestion for the owners to at least provide fans for the hot season.

Set di asciugamani povero, di solito è compreso il telo doccia + un piccolo asciugamano viso. Purtroppo è stato dato solo il telo doccia ed è stato un po’ scomodo usarlo per tutto.
