Valued by our group mainly for its location and facilities. Location : 2-minute walk to the tram and supermarket. 10-minute walk to the nearest U1/U3/U4 subway station, as well as the CAT airport express. Facility : Spacious and well equipped for a long stay. Laundry and dish detergent, bin bags, and cleaning equipments were provided. Decent kitchenware and cutlery. Most of the facilities listed are available as stated. Heating system was not used during our stay since the weather was cool enough. Bedroom : Very spacious beds. The sofa-bed is also comfortable. This room can comfortably accommodate 3 people if each wanted their own beds, and at most 6 members if they shared the beds.

Overall a smooth and comfortable stay, but some issues worth mentioning for other guests' consideration and future improvements. The room door was left open and unlocked at the time of our self check-in which made the first night concerning for our members. Off-site contact and payment : Communication prior to our stay has been rather off-putting. We did not appreciate being contacted off-site through whatsapp. There was a redundant city tax payment requested through their own portal site, which withheld check-in information unless the payment is made. Personal information was also requested through said portal site. We had Booking . com clear the issue for us since the property was unresponsive when asked to clarify. Apartment building : The building is old, so the entrance was not as pleasant. Poor lighting along the entrance and stairs at night. This room is on the third floor. No elevator as stated in the property description, but worth adding that the spiral stairs to the room is extra challenging for elders and when carrying heavy luggage up to the room. Broken facilities : Bedrooms cannot be locked, so it may not be ideal for members who need privacy. Dishwasher was broken before our stay, but we did not bother to have it fixed during our stay. Noise : The large bedroom and the living room faced the street, so traffic and construction noise can be disturbing at times. We were unfortunate to have stayed during three construction sites being active around the block.

Noise : The windows of this room faced the inner-courtyard of the building, so the environment was rather peaceful and quiet. Bedrooms cannot be locked, so it may not be ideal for members who need privacy. The oven was broken since before our stay, but we did not bother. Noise : Very thin walls, everything is audible. The bedrooms faced the street, so traffic and construction noise can be disturbing at times. We were unfortunate to have stayed during three construction sites were active around the block, but the noise only bothered us early in the morning.
