Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, mit ausreichend Geschirr, sie war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Die Buchung hat sehr gut geklappt und der Schlüsselcode funktionierte einwandfrei.

Die Wohnung ging mit allen Fenstern zum Innenhof, was einerseits gut war, da man den Autoverkehr nicht hörte, andererseits wurde gerade im Hof gebaut. Uns störte es am Wochenende nicht. Falls man in der Woche bucht, vorher besser nachfragen ob die Baumaßnahmen abgeschlossen sind.

L’appartement était comme neuf, propre, calme et conforme au descriptif.

L’appartement donne sur la rue au rez-de-chaussée, il n’y avait pas de voilages à la fenêtre, donc obligation de fermer les rideaux occultants, donc pas de lumière naturelle à l’intérieur, sinon tout le monde pouvait nous voir de l’extérieur. J’ai dû régler 30 € par nuit pour une personne supplémentaire via Adyen (transaction non traçable sur cette application, affiché comme un débit en cash, pas comme un virement) et ils m’ont dit ne pas avoir reçu le règlement, cela a un peu gâché mon séjour car j’ai cru que c’était une arnaque, alors que mon compte avait bien été débité de 120 €. Échanges de whatsapp sur place et mails… Je leur ai transmis la référence du paiement à mon retour. Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’ils me demandent non plus copie de ma pièce d'identité à la réservation, protection des données personnelles etc… et CGV à signer.

Lovely apartment with a view of the river and the ferris wheel. The apartment was a perfect size for our party of 3. Comfy beds, great shower and an excellent equipped kitchen. The fantastic washing facilities to clean our clothes half way through our holiday and air con because it was very hot when we stayed made our stay even better. A 20 minute walk to the centre of Vienna along the canal path.

The apartment was on the third floor with no lift so it was a bit of an effort coming back each night.
