RAFAEL KAISER - Premium Apartments City Centre - Contactless Check-In

The management were very accomodating and communicative, allowing us to check in before the allocated time. The room itself was spacious enough for four people to comfortably share the room. The property is well situated - close to trams and trains that run directly into the city in about 10 minutes. The room was also quiet and not disturbed by the passing traffic or trams. The neighbourhood had ample restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. In particular a cafe with good pastries is about 100 metres away which was convenient for a breakfast and coffee. The property has a convenient lift and free laundry facilities (with all soap/detergent provided). It also has a gym and a pleasant terrace. The kitchen amenities were sufficient for the amount of basic cooking we were doing.

Quiet area in city centre. Quiet apartment, with comfortable beds and air conditioning in each room. Very Austrian style, all well organized as well. Parking nearby

There were two baths and two bedrooms but one common toilet.

The place boasts of 2 bathrooms. However it has only 1 toilet which was extremely uncomfortable for 5 of us. Air conditioning doesn't work in living room. It some what works in bedrooms but yet extremely hot. Only 1 fan was provided on the request the second day. Extremely poor quality of sleep.
