Could have had an outside umbrella was to hot to sit outside in the sun after 12 o’clock Fan was broken And when looking for the lock box for the room door it was not helpful the owner replied. Read the instructions a simple go up to the next level and it’s on the side of the window

Great location, huge comfortable apartment.

If you’re traveling with kids they don’t have cribs or high chairs which I found a little disappointing because we’re traveling for over a month in Europe and most places accommodate a crib and a feeding chair of some sort.

The location of the accommodation was excellent. The double bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. Unfortunately, despite feedback in earlier reviews, several issues still haven’t been addressed.

In the living and dining area there are almost no power outlets, the bedside lamps need to be replaced, and there isn’t enough lighting overall. The kitchen is difficult to use: basic equipment is missing, the fridge only freezes everything, and one of the cupboard doors is missing. The bathroom also needs attention. The toilet and surrounding tiles require a thorough clean. It really smells! On top of that, the provided essentials were very limited: for a five-day stay, there was only one toilet roll and two towels. The potential is there, but some improvements are needed to make this a comfortable and well-prepared place to stay. I spoken with the owner and they are going to attent all the items. When they do I am sure to come back for another visit to Vienna.
