Ottima posizione, centrale e comoda ai mezzi. Appartamento pulito, funzionale e ben attrezzato. In giugno con 34 gradi però, era di un caldo soffocante. Abbiamo dovuto tenere aperte le finestre e la zona è molto rumorosa.
Troppo caldo a giugno senza aria condizionata, letti e cuscini scomodi.

Posizione strategica in pieno centro lungo il Danubio. Raggiungibile tutto a piedi. Un ottimo panificio-bar per colazione proprio sotto l’appartamento
Troppo rumoroso, munirsi di tappi. L’appartamentino affaccia su un’arteria principale.

Идеальное расположение, до всех основных точек пешком ходили. Очень оживленны район, кафе/ магазины, набережная все рядом. Душевая и туалет идеально чистые. Есть все необходимое: утюг, доска гладильная, холодильник, кухонные принадлежности, кофе машина. Печку не включали, но она тоже имеется. В принципе неплохой вариант, чтобы просто переночевать (учитывая минусы).
Здание на ремонте, все в строительных лесах. Нет никакого вида из окна, соответственно. Мы были в выходные, работы не велись. В будни, думаю, еще и рабочие будут мимо окон ходить. Но этот минус временный, о чем предупреждают хозяева уже ПОСЛЕ оплаты квартиры, что тоже не приятно. Нет кондиционера, вентиляторы не спасают в жару. Спать с открытыми окнами невозможно- очень шумно и оживленно до поздней ночи. Ужасные подушки! Абсолютно не пригодные ко сну.
