This property was our best so far on our 3 month Europe trip. Airbo done an amazing job relocating us due to an air conditioning situation. Well done

It was perfect

We had the 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment was in an excellent location with about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The surrounding area was lovely with shops, restaurants and easy access to public transport. It wasn’t really modern but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the agency was excellent with easy to follow check in instructions. Some reviews mention overlooking another building but this didn’t bother us. The windows open wide to let in fresh air. We had been left some coffee pods for the coffee machine.

The apartment didn’t look cared for when we arrived with curtains hanging off the rails. We did report it and they responded immediately to say that it would be sorted. It would benefit from more seating in the lounge for if there was a larger group. The toilet is separate to the bathroom which we hadn’t realised.

The appartment was in the perfect location near to public transportation and lots of sights - in the centre of Vienna. It was spacious and provided enough room for my mother to walk with her rollator.

Shower protection was installed wrongly and did not keep in position (rubber sealing on top!) - so bath floor was always fully wet! Bad smell out of drains. Missing cooking items. No connection with netflix/Disney possible on TV - support requested - host supported and promised to fix problem but was in the end never provided (feable statement: that it is not a hotel !) Lift not fully suitable for wheelchair - upfront clarification if the apartment is suitable for disabled persons confirmed by host but not really true.
