Elegant Vienna Apartment

I enjoyed tha fact that the apartment was nearby to Vienna core zone,we could reach it on foot and also groceries were beside.

I didn’t expect that there weren’t window shutters or curtains and as a result we had to wake up extremely early.Also the were some spots in the apartment with dust.

We were in the December in this apartment and the room heating was excellent! This was so important for me. We were close to stations for trains and uban and we came quickly to the center. The host (Marta) was so nice and she was always there for us, for any kind of advice.

Great location and very nice apartment. The apartment has a storage room with all cleaning accessories and materials, including dryer.

The apartment wa2very clean. We made the beds in the living room ourselves and took clean sheets from the laundry room. More than a few dishes in the cupboards were not clean, and generally there were jot enough bowls and spoons. Dishwasher is broken and seems to be in this state a long time.

Only the location is top , 10/15 min from the center

First of all they told me about “technical issues (no hot water) in this actual apartment that I booked, only at 01:15 of the night before , which is unacceptable to be honest. Of course they offered me another one, thanks..but telling me same price and higher standard which was absolutely not .. shower broken, a bunch of stuff broken and old .. not so good honestly … this wasn’t what I booked ..the key wasn’t handled properly and all is lacking of organisation I’m sorry … Also not even a bottle of water as a small welcoming , and you put me a coffee machine without even a coffee .. I had way better in Vienna and I often come to this city
