* The kitchen is a bit small. * Kitchen utensils and supplies could be better equipped for a group of five. * Only one toilet. A second toilet would make the apartment much more convenient for larger groups.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, w pobliżu stacja metra. Przestronny apartament w spokojnej dzielnicy. Bardzo dobra opcja dla rodziny.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr zentral, gute Nahverkehrsanbindung und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und auch für 6-8 Personen geeignet. Tipp: Hinweis, dass in ganz Wien Innenstadt Anwohnerparken gilt wäre nett. Parkhaus in der Liechtensteinstraße 4 kostet nur 15 EUR/Tag.

Die Wohnung war zwar insgesamt sauber, aber auf dem Boden unter dem Sofa und den Betten tummelten sich doch ein paar alte Taschentücher mit Wollmäusen. Ein Fenster im Wohnzimmer hatte einen Riss im Glas. Kleinere Anmerkungen: Bei der Kücheneinrichtung fehlte ein größerer Topf für Spaghetti. Der Zulauf zur Spülmaschine war undicht und musste jedes mal manuell geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Darüber wurde uns vorab aber Bescheid gesagt. Tabs waren keine da. Die Raumaufteilung mit dem Esstisch in der Ecke unter dem Fernseher ist ein bisschen merkwürdig. Würde evtl. auch in die Mitte des Raumes passen? Die Lehne der Schlafcouch war locker. Das Fenster im Schlazimmer war hinter dem Kopfteil vom Bett und ließ sich zum Lüften kaum öffnen.

Did not get the exact apartment I booked. Communication with guests should be improved. I requsted parking during the booking, without feedback, but just got formal generic message about check in etc... 2 days before the arrival, that suggested Q&A page on their web page, in order to get info for the parking. Suggested parking needed App in order to pre-book with good price, but it wasn't available for my region, and it ended paying first night of stay 46€ for the parking! After that we parked on the street. They should really spend some time in communication with guests, especially for the price we paid. We also found cockroach one evening after coming back to the apartment, which is unacceptable. I've been in Vienna more than 20 times, and this was one of the biggest dissapointments regarding accomodation ever in Vienna
