easy-flat Augarten - Apartments near Danube and Metro

Excellent location with everything we needed within walking distance, including the metro, train stations, and grocery stores. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The host was excellent and kindly provided a baby cot for our toddler, which made our stay much more comfortable. The area was perfect for exploring Vienna, and despite the hot weather, the ground-floor location helped keep the apartment relatively cool. The Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods was the cherry on top and a lovely touch that we really appreciated.

Only a couple of minor suggestions. Some kitchen paper towels would have been useful. During our stay, temperatures reached 32–33°C, and while there was no air conditioning, the ground-floor apartment remained reasonably cool. However, the fan provided was not rotating properly, so a more effective fan would make the apartment even more comfortable during very hot weather.

This apartment is modern and clean, the location is excellent (close to city centre, restaurants and grocery stores), and it worked well for our family. It's close to the metro and tramlines, there are plenty of playgrounds nearby and it's very easy to access any place in Vienna.

Very dirty rugs , a lot for spider webs and dust, lack of proper drapes as the location windows are directly on the street.Poor cleaning at the toilet room. Lack of storage room in the bedroom and toilet room.
