Location and staff
1) Initially we booked a room for 3 people. There was no bedsheets for the third person when we came.. staff didn't help with all of it at the first evening..
2) the shower didn't work
3) there was no iron and we asked for it for almost 2 days.
4) there was no cupboard for clothes which is quite uncomfortable

The room was great, clean and cosy. The location was close to public transport and waling distance to many locations.

The location was amazing.
The apartment was poorly ventilated. There were a quite a few kitchen accessories that were mentioned in the description but not present, e.g. frying pan. The worst thing was that our towels were not refreshed through the 4 days that we were there. I asked them for the same, they said it should be done the next day but never happened.
