Great location and the owner was quick to respond. However, at +39°C there was no AC and the ventilation did not cool the apartment. The boiler broke on our last evening. Street construction since 2024 is also not mentioned.

Great location, magnificent view, very comfortable.
The fan that was mentioned in the amenities was missing, but the staff were very helpful though the booking.com messaging and brought two fans the day after our arrival.

The view from the window. Location for transport. Spacious for a studio. Clean.
Being left outside the apartment for over an hour after check in as the hosts didn’t leave the key in the lock box and couldn’t open the door remotely (other properties we have stayed in have this ability) we had to wait in the heat for them to track down one of the cleaners to bring a key. it was hot outside we could not sleep as there isn’t aircon and you would have to have the window open but the noise from outside is unbearable sirens constantly, why does Vienna have soooo many sirens!! The bed frame squeaked whenever you moved so terrible sleep. The WiFi was temperamental at best.
