Vienna City Apartment University

Everything was exceptional. The apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming and perfectly equipped. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of our stay. Everything met, and in many ways exceeded, our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

There was honestly very little to dislike. The only small improvement we would suggest would be to add a wardrobe or some more space to hang and store clothes. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

El apartamento estaba limpio. Ubicado en un edificio antiguo. Es grande, estuvimos 8 personas que orhganizadas no tuvimos problemas para el único lavabo El agua caliente muy bien Transporte público cerca.

Llegamos y nos encontramos la ropa tendida del servicio anterior. Toallas de manos mojadas sin poder utilizar y las sábanas tb x medio Éramos 8 y solo había servicio platos para 5 así que tuvimos que avisar, como nos llevamos la llave, dejaron los platos en el suelo y además venian de algún almacén y los tuvimos que limipar. No hay supermercados cerca, hay cerca cafeterías y algún sitio pero si necesitas algohas de ir con cuidado . Es antiguo pero se puede estar bien.Lo malo es que no tienes donde dejar la ropa. Hay un armario ikea peqo sin estanterías, una cómoda llena de sábanas que no se puede utilizar. No había para cgar toallas de mano, solo 4 para las de cuerpo pero éramos 8 así que hay ir deja do donde se puede.No hay microondas

Staff was very nice and friendly. Helped us with our luggage and with travel tips. Place was huge, beautiful and very clean.

We experienced some issues with the heater, which seemed to have a timer. We followed the instructions, but it still didn’t work properly. The dryer was also not functioning, so we had some difficulties drying our clothes. We noticed several bed linens drying in the apartment, which made us think the problem might be related. Another point is that we missed having enough space to store our clothes. One of the drawers was full of bed sheets, and the other wasn’t very practical for organizing clothing. Despite these points, they did not prevent us from having a pleasant stay

La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento.

Falta de limpieza, sobre todo los suelos estaban sucios, las toallas olían a húmedo, la casa/instalaciones son antiguas y se rompió/salió la puerta del armario en el baño, la ducha - regular temperatura- no funcionaba bien... Sería recomendable una reforma.
