The property is in good location and very big.
The lack of air conditioning was very difficult and made it impossible for us to sleep at night. The fans provided were few in number and mostly malfunctioning.
Additionally, we could not use one of the two showers comfortably because there was no window covering, leaving it completely exposed to another apartment.
Furthermore, the bed linens and towels were very sparse and uncomfortable.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive. The location is excellent — close to public transport, shops, and all the main sights in Vienna. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really felt at home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
We had a small issue with the building’s entrance door, as the code didn’t always work properly. There was also a problem with the water in the apartment. However, the owners handled everything quickly and professionally. They were always available, responded to messages immediately, and found solutions right away, which prevented these issues from affecting our stay. In the end, their attitude actually left an even better impression of the accommodation.

Schade war, bei 2 Zimmern blieb der Heizkörper kalt.
Die Kaffemaschine funktionierte nicht.
