The location was perfect, close to old town and all kinds of amenities, including a pharmacy. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and - last but not least - quiet. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our wishes.

The location was amazing and the apartment was nice, roomy and clean.

The location is perfect, right next to the Naschmarkt and with the Café Sperl at the end of the road. There are also some other unique cafes nearby. The apartment is in a quiet street and within walking distance of the Museums Quartier and the city's opera house and concert hall. A perfect location.
The bedroom (apartment 9) is a bit claustrophobic (long and thin) and the bed not very comfortable. In the kitchen you need to juggle appliances to be able to plug things in. Move the toaster onto the washbasin, the microwave onto the hob, the kettle... you get the idea. It's not what I expected from the description. Also, why such stark lighting? I want to spend time in the apartment and feel comfortable and welcome. It could have been so much better.
