Opera Living Residences - City Center Apartments

It was cute

Bed was a little too small so I opted to sleep on the pull out couch

Great location with easy access to public transport, shops, cafes, and tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. I loved the electronic lock, so we didn't have to carry a key around.

Nothing

The location was fantastic. The address has since been updated, but I was still referring to the old one, so once we found the right place, check-in was easy. The space is very spacious and looks like the pictures. The building has laundry, which was a plus for us, and although the front desk staff of the hotel is not related to this apartment, they were helpful when we had one-off questions.

The apartment is a mix of a traditional hotel and an Airbnb. They don't come to tidy your room but can provide fresh towels if requested. There are cups, plates, and utensils to cook with, but no oil, salt, or pepper. For the price, the space is run-down; there were burnt-out light bulbs in the chandelier, paint chipping, scratches on furniture, and stains on the lampshades. We felt the need to take pictures of the damage to ensure it was documented prior to us unpacking. The toilet wasn't fully clean as well, although they offered to send someone to clean it the next day.
