The location was great and it was clean and spacious
The check in process was a nightmare and the ability to contact staff to assist was horrible. We had to contact booking.com just to finally get a different number to reach someone for the property and when we did, they were extremely rude. Took us 2.5 hours to finally get inside.

Excellent location!! So close to everything we wanted to do. Very spacious and nice to have 2 full bathrooms and extra toilet. Nice kitchen.
We were told 20 stairs up to elevator. Was actually 54. With luggage and without a bit much after a long day of sightseeing. Some parts of apartment were a bit dated and needed some TLC. Mold in bathrooms , leaking faucet. They did shut off water to faucet.

Great location and staff was helpful.
Sadly this was a lot of money for a place that was poorly maintained and dirty. Blinds and curtains were broken, dusty, needs painting, and minimal cleaning. Lacked any basic amenities (sub par toiletries, hangers from department stores, etc). Potential is high with a little attention to the small details.
