Location.
Toilet and shower had issues. The toilet wouldn’t shut off correctly after flushing in one room. One of three rooms had shower which wouldn’t allow proper temperature adjustments—only hot.

Took two days to get shower gel etc

Location very central and near tourist area and stations. My room was on the quiet wing, no noise from the street
The shower water took very very long to warm up and sundries sometimes didn't work at all
