Like: location, located in city centre, within walking distance to a lot of points of interests, all types of transportation available
Don't like:
no air conditioning, only 1 small fan available,
windows were on 1 side wall only and facing where 2 huge garbage collection containers were located right downstairs, when windows were opened, garbage smell blowing in with flies came in occasionally
toilet was separated from the water sink and shower room,

Excellent location, convenient facility in the kitchen. Everything is perfect for us (especially we carried a 9-month baby)
