Limehome Vienna Roßauer Lände

Room was nice, spacious and well presented. Room has a kitchen and there is a laundry in the basement which is free to use. Location is a couple mins walk from the U Bahn station making it easy to travel. Spar supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. The area is nice.

The air con doesn’t work if the outdoor air temp is below 20 degrees celsius. I asked the customer support and this is what I was told. We had the system running overnight (it was cold approx 12 degrees outside) but even with our windows open, our room was 24 degrees in the morning, quite frustrating. Our room also didn’t have any pots or pans, this was resolved on the second day after contacting their customer support. The kitchen stove and oven can only be turned on for 15 minutes at a time — every 15 minutes you need to restart the timer or the oven/stove will stop working. There is no reception on site and check in is strictly after 3pm, no flexibility.

Decent location, great kitchen, very clean, great bathroom.

If you are planning on travelling with more than two people you better hope you don’t get given the pull out couch bed. Apparently the main bed is very comfortable and otherwise an overall 10/10 for the property but that sofa bed is so bad I had to knock a whole point off.

Location was good. Right next to U4 underground. Apartment was big enough. Laundry facility was great

We did not have toilet paper in the apartment (only partially). Coffee machine was leaking

The location

After taking a shower the water was everywhere
